CEO/Director
Dr Richard Brown co-founded Prospect Hill in 2010 alongside Dr Erin O'Neill. What started as a small respite service on their farm has grown into one of Australia's most trusted NDIS providers. Richard's vision and leadership have driven the organisation to achieve 100% NDIS audit compliance and expand across NSW and Queensland.

Executive Officer
Dr Erin O'Neill co-founded Prospect Hill with Richard Brown. Together they lived the support experience in their own home for 7 years, providing respite and support services before scaling the organisation.
Sara Lilliss
Chief of Operations
Sara brings extensive experience from business management, hospitality, and the care sector. She ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of all Prospect Hill services and homes.

He is an advocate for empowerment, accountability, and person‑centred practice.
