Our Story
Prospect Hill started in 2010 as a small respite service on the farm of Drs Richard Brown and Erin O'Neill.
Richard and Erin lived the support experience in their own home for 7 years providing respite services until they commenced Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in 2017.
Since then, Prospect Hill has grown to be not only a first-rate provider of Supported Independent Living (SIL), but also of Community Participation, and Respite services in New South Wales and Queensland. Prospect Hill employs over 160 staff supporting participants in dozens of high-quality homes.
Erin's and Richard's deeply-held belief in a fair go for all and the provision of the best in services and facilities is Prospect Hill's guiding principle, ensuring Participants are in the Best Place - physically, psychologically and socially.

Prospect Hill — the quiet crew behind your big life.
