Dr Richard Brown co-founded Prospect Hill in 2010 alongside Dr Erin O'Neill. What started as a small respite service on their farm has grown into one of Australia's most trusted NDIS providers. Richard's vision and leadership have driven the organisation to achieve registered NDIS provider status and expand across NSW and Queensland.
