NDIS Services in Port Stephens, NSW

Prospect Hill is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability across the Port Stephens local government area, from Raymond Terrace and Medowie through to the coastal towns. We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) with 24/7 support in shared homes, short term accommodation and respite, community participation, personal care and household tasks.

Our SIL homes in Port Stephens

We are a SIL provider with two homes in the Port Stephens area:

• Tallowood in Medowie
• Newline Lodge in Raymond Terrace

In each home, a small number of residents share the house with support from rostered staff on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Staff help with personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, daily living skills and community access. Both homes currently have vacancies.

• Visit the home or homes that interest you and meet staff and housemates.
• We complete an intake assessment and quote, then lodge it with the NDIA.
• Once your funding is confirmed, we plan your move together.

We work with participants whose NDIS plans are plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Referrals from support coordinators and families are welcomed via our referrals page.
