SIL in Ipswich — what we're offering
Our first Ipswich home is configured for 24/7 SIL with shared support ratios (1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 depending on residents' needs). It's a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern home with air conditioning, close to all major amenities. The supports include:
- 24/7 on-site support from trained workers
- Personal care, medication, meals, household tasks
- Community access — appointments, social, shopping, faith activities
- Behaviour support plan implementation where relevant
- Skill-building to maximise each resident's independence
