Prospect Hill is a registered NDIS provider and SIL provider supporting people with disability in Thornton and across the Maitland and wider Hunter region. We deliver Supported Independent Living (SIL) with 24/7 support in shared homes, along with short term accommodation and respite, community participation, personal care and household tasks.

SIL in Thornton at Lancaster

Our Lancaster home in Thornton currently has a vacancy. Lancaster is a shared home where a small group of housemates live together with support from staff who are on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support covers personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, building daily living skills and getting out into the community, whether that is a trip to the local shops, a train from Thornton station, or heading into Maitland or Newcastle for the day.

We support participants with plan-managed and NDIA-managed NDIS plans. Support coordinators and families are welcome to make a referral at any time.
