Richard has over 25 years of experience in the disability support sector. His background includes leadership roles as a not-for-profit CEO and Chairman of an aged care service, as well as seven years providing hands-on respite care in his own home. Since founding Prospect Hill in 2017, Richard has brought his deep knowledge of care work and its complexities to every level of the organisation.
